Stay at this place was perfect in all perspective...Comfortable environment...Spacious rooms, helpful staff hygiene, proper service, fast check-in, restaurant, priority to each and every guest food all are the perfect...small problem only for travelers the location which is outside the city...
Sodepur (Northern Suburb of Kolkata) deserved a place like this long ago. Good that it has come up late than never. Plush accommodation. A wonderful restaurant. Top notch cleanliness. Helpful staff & most important they treat the guests with highest priority. Date of stay: October 2017
Whenever I visit Kolkata I stay in this hotel and everything was good.But this time it was horrible.Even they didn't change the bed sheets pillow covers of last stayed customers.They we're very dirty and even covered with customers hair.Hotel standard is degrading.Need proper supervision.
Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Kolkata Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Maple Suite. The staff was extremely friendly Note, this is not a 3/4-star hotel.
Best Hotel for stay. As the name suggests, this hotel is really graceful. Professional staffs, clean linen will make ur stay extraordinary pleasant. Hotel staffs are very well mannered and it has a great infrastructure. I would highly recommend it to everyone for both business as well as personal stay.
